Brewed with our friends at The Chorlton Tap to celebrate the 20th Anniversary of the Chorlton Beer & Cider Festival. We asked the staff to help us design their perfect pint; a mountain pale, soft balanced base holding Galaxy, Mosaic & El Dorado hops giving balanced tropical, juicy & citrus fruit notes, with a moreish bitter finish.

Enigma is a single-hop pale using the uniquely complex Enigma hop. Known for it’s kaleidoscopic character, it offers a medley of cantaloupe, white grape and red currant notes. The result is a vibrant, layered pale, that offers something new at every turn.

Pashmina Pale is as delicate as its namesake with Cashmere hops lending flavours of lemon, melon and lychee. Soft aromatics and smooth bitterness complement a gently herbal finish, rounding out a mellow pale that’s all peace, love and easy drinking.
