First brewed in collaboration with our friends at Amundsen Brewery, Oslo, Alf is a pale ale. Dank Vermont yeast accentuates the stone fruit and tropical fruit character brought by a heavy dry-hop of Mosaic, Enigma and Denali , whilst a protein-heavy grist gives a full, pillowy body.

Reflecting on the pale beers we’ve made over the last 12 months, this year’s edition of Barley Wine displays a rich character of woodland berries and stone fruits, wrapped in caramel with a balanced finish.

Enigma brings vibrant redcurrant, white grape and ripe cantaloupe, while Amarillo layers in bright, zesty orange citrus. Light in strength. Big on character.
