Kees Bubberman (Brouwerij Kees) and John de Vries (Brouwerij de Molen) joined us originally to brew this smooth and citrusy India Pale Ale.

Earl Grey IPA is fermented with timed additions of Earl Grey tea, offering flavours of bergamot and lemongrass, complemented by Sorachi Ace hops.

Brewed as a special homage to Hallé St Peter’s, neighbours to the Marble Arch and an icon of Ancoats.

This Kölsch nods to the German roots of the Halle, delivering crisp refreshment, subtle fruit and rounded malt sweetness.

We’ve brewed this cherry ale to support Four & owner Steph, representing Team GB at the “Senior Agility Open” in Germany this year. After a Silver win last year, they’re off again & we get to cheer them on!

Cherry Ale is Steph’s favourite, so we brewed a tart, fruity beer with a smooth wheaty base.

Brewed with our friends at The Chorlton Tap to celebrate the 20th Anniversary of the Chorlton Beer & Cider Festival. We asked the staff to help us design their perfect pint; a mountain pale, soft balanced base holding Galaxy, Mosaic & El Dorado hops giving balanced tropical, juicy & citrus fruit notes, with a moreish bitter finish.
