The Lost Your Marbles series is based on an 8.8% stout, brewed in August 2015 as a farewellbrew. Returning Marble Joe Ince (formerly Magic Rock) devised the recipe and the brew wasaided and abetted by Dan Whitehead de Bechevel, also a former Marble, now with his ownbrewery in Manchester, Dan’s Brewery. This forest fruit iteration was a deep rich stout inspiredby black forest gateau, a vinous chocolate sponge base gives way to dark cherry, blackberryand redcurrant. With a smooth velvety finish.
